Cape Cod Beach

Sunset at one of the Cape's many beautiful beaches William DeSousa-Mauk

The shores of Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are caressed by the clear and gentle waters of Nantucket Sound, Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound; the mighty Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay often buffet our shores as well. All of our seacoast is rimmed by pristine beaches of soft sand, many backed by towering dunes. The warmer waters of Nantucket Sound and Vineyard Sound offer gentle waves, while the colder Atlantic more often provides big surf and surfboarding opportunities; beaches along Cape Cod Bay provide exciting tidal pool exploration.
