Classic Movie series at the Falmouth Cinema Pub

The Falmouth Cinema Pub will again host fundraising events for The Carousel of Light.  Doors open at 6 p.m. for a 7 p.m. show time.  Arrive early to order food and drinks. Healthy Aging & Wellness Program

Cape Cod Hospital’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Department will offer a 6-week Senior Healthy Aging and Wellness class beginning Tuesday, March 17. Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center, 141 Basset Lane, Hyannis. The cost is $84 per person for the twelve sessions. Participants must be members of the Hyannis Youth & Community Center. Membership can be easily arranged if needed. Pre-screenings are required and will take place on March 10 and 12. Plimoth Plantation will host a Historic Lifeways Conference with Stuart Peachey, renowned scholar of 17th-century English history, from April 17-19. The conference is open to the public. Peachey will present a series of lectures on everyday life in England during the 17th century, including “Clothing of the Common Man” and “Life in Rural England.”
