The Dane Gallery was founded in 1996 by glass artist Robert Dane and his wife Jane Hare Dane. Located on the island of Nantucket, Massachusetts, in the heart of the historic town, we are proud to be an artist owned gallery. Representing leading artists working in glass, ceramics, basketry, and wood, we have established ourselves as one of the premier contemporary art galleries in the country. We offer very personal service to all of our clients. Working closely with art collectors, designers, and architects we help to guide our clients in building private and/or public collections, as well as commisions and site-specific installations.
