Oceanfront with 200' of PRIVATE BEACH this family owned and operated resort, offer you many of the features of a small resort without the price tag.

Situated on three acres, the facilities include two oceanfront room buildings each with outdoor pools and whirlpools, a new three bedroom oceanfront rental house, two four-bedroom rental homes and a family recreation building that includes an indoor pool and game room featuring air hockey, table soccer, ping pong, a toddler's room filled with infant toys, and a big screen television. Outside, there is an inviting picnic area with gas grills, swing sets and "Tiny Tot Toys" for your family enjoyment.

Rooms range from small to oversized but the majority are oversized with KITCHENETTES, 2 Queen beds, sleeper couches, Jacuzzi tubs and 25" TVs with HBO. All rooms include AC, telephones with voice mail, coffee maker, radio alarm clocks. In addition, for your convenience, we have an internet email station, WiFi and a coin-operated laundry room. Our rooms are all NON SMOKING, however, for our smoking patrons there are covered areas outside every room to partake, if you so desire.

We arrived late and were met by Mark, the manager and he took my wife's bag and escorted us to our oceanfront room.  Great service!  We were so close to the ocean that we heard the waves breaking on our private beach.  The room was newly renovated with granite countertops and applicances with new bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.  I liked the picture window view of the ocean best. 

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.  This place is a GEM! Its' not the Ritz, its' a traditional yet upper scale Cape Cod Beach Hotel.  It's right on the water.  Bay water, not ocean water.  Nice and calm for younger kids.  It's close to everything!  Big ocean beaches, the airport in Hyannis, Ferry's to MV and Nantucket.  Chase Avenue is a quiet street.  Mark and his staff are wonderful....2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a rec room and two hot tubs, laundry.  And a new addition this year...balconies on some of the rooms.  My room was on the end overlooking the ocean...it was clean, the beds were SOOOO comfortable.  The room was good size with a full fridge, stove, sink and the dishes, etc. 

I can't say enough about this place.  It's like family.  They are wonderful and it's the only place I will stay when on Cape Cod.
