Last year I ran a golf outing down the cape and needed somewhere to stay. Well the Hyannis Inn was better beyond any expectations I could have had about a place. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is right in the middle of Hyannis. We could walk to restaurants and travel easily to other parts of the Cape. The best part is just how nicely we were treated by the staff. Charles was very professional and made booking the reservation easy. While Kathy was very kind to my group and very helpful. If your looking for some where reasonably priced, clean, and in the best part of the Cape. The Hyannis Inn is the place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyannis Inn with a bike group. We REALLY enjoyed it. This hotel is right around the corner from the ferries so Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, but you don't have to leave Hyannis. The town of Hyannis is right outside of the hotel. There is a lot to do in Hyannis - Duck tours, cute shops, great restaurants. The hotel is family-owned by a friendly family and Charlie who is excellent at giving recommendations for the town has worked there for over 10 years. Charlie, family owners and hotel is top-notch. What more can you ask? We will be back every year for many years to come.
Hyannis Inn Motel great pick

Chose the Hyannis Inn Motel for two nights over Labor day weekend and was very happy with it. Style is motor-lodge, but the room was spotless. Lots of light, windows that opened. Furniture is basic, but not run down.No mystery stains on the carpet or furniture, linens/towels were clean. Bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water-and again spotless. Front desk staff was very nice. No sign of end-of-season crankiness. Location was great. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, harbor. If you need the perks of a big chain and are used to a very modern room, this probably isn't for you. But if you want a very clean simple room, great location and don't care about wi-fi, upscale soap, etc.. it's a great place. Breakfast at on-site restaurant good as well. A keeper. Would definitely go back!

I have stayed at the Hyannis Inn twice. It is the most pleasant motel. The room was clean, fresh and crisp - no hotel smell. The staff is very friendly and always has the answers as to what to do and how to get there. This is my destination for just relaxing and rejuvenating.

We stayed there from August 7-August 10, I was nervous because I planned this trip at the last minute, saw reviews on here and they were good and bad. The rooms were very clean, the indoor pool was perfect, the sun deck was just right, the small refrigerator in the room was a bonus, plenty of chairs and patios to sit out with. More importantly the staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking space always found. I had no complaints, but if I did, I would say, it would have been wonderful to have had an outdoor pool, shampoo and coffee makers for the room would have been nice. But overall the price, cleanliness and convenience to all shops, restaurants, bit of a walk to beach and ports to take boat to MV and Nantucket was very nice.

We travel from Ireland twice a year to stay on Cape Cod. We always stay at the Hyannis Inn Motel, and have done so for the past 16 years. This family owned and run hotel is in a great location with good restaurants near by. It is only a short walk to the Island Ferries, shopping on the Main Street is good, and if you like live music there are a few venues nearby including the Melody Tent. The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff; the breakfast restaurant is very clean and well run with a varied menu. There is also a small cocktail bar at the entrance to the hotel. Give this place a try, it's a very good value.
