The Soundings is a one-hundred room resort located directly on beautiful Nantucket Sound. Private beach - indoor and outdoor pools, and location!

With over 100 nicely appointed rooms situated next to 365 feet of private beach, you can’t go wrong when it comes to an ideal Cape Cod vacation.

Guests can enjoy peaceful studio, one- or two-bedroom units as well as hotel efficiencies. Many of the rooms offer stunning, deluxe views of the Nantucket Sound. Almost all rooms feature balconies/porches, cable TV and refrigerators for added convenience. Studios, one- and two-bedroom units include stove tops, microwaves and coffee makers while only one- and two-bedroom units come equipped with fireplaces, hair dryers, DVD players, ironing boards and dishwashers.

The resort property offers a variety of amenities from the oceanfront outdoor pool and heated indoor pool to the outdoor putting green and private stretch of beach. There’s also an on-site coffee shop that specializes in tasty coffee beverages along with delicious full or continental breakfasts and homemade baked goods. If you decide to sit out by the pool and catch some sun, there’s even a casual barbecue lunch service available, poolside.
